Renewable energy

Having established techniques for constructing forestry access tracks in mid-Wales during the 1970s, Jones Bros was in an ideal position to start providing balance of plant services for windfarm developers and turbine manufacturers.

We’ve amassed a great deal of experience in managing the complex logistics of working over large expanses in remote areas.

Our team understands the special requirements of projects involving the construction of access roads to accommodate abnormal loads, turbine foundations, substation buildings and electrical infrastructure.

Our biggest windfarm contract to date involved 39 wind turbines, which shows our level of expertise and knowledge in windfarm construction, wind farm design and build.

With Jones Bros in charge of your project, you can be confident that you have an experienced renewables contractor and environmental engineers that will provide the full balance of plant contract services.
