Quarry equipment

Jones Bros can provide a full service using materials, quarry equipment, machinery at our own quarry in North Wales, or by establishing a quarry at your site using our range of crushing and screening equipment including komatsu equipment and cat equipment for hire. This quarrying equipment is available for plant hire or contract work anywhere in Wales, Cheshire, the northwest and across the UK.

Aggregate processing
By extracting and processing aggregate on site where possible, Jones Bros can significantly reduce the amount of imported materials required for highway and infrastructure work. On one project alone, we avoided the need for 3,500 return journeys by heavy vehicles to deliver aggregate to site.

On another project, 50,000 tonnes of hard rock was hydraulically broken out, under very restricted traffic management conditions. It was transported along the job to a designated location whereby it was crushed and screened to provide quality aggregates such as type 1 sub base and single size drainage stone.
