Jones Bros has carried out in excess of £4.6m worth of work at the Penhesgyn Landfill site on Anglesey in the last six years.
Our work there started in the late 1980s with construction of a weighbridge and public amenity centre for Ynys Mon Council. More recently we completed a new access road and waste transfer station there totally £1.4m.
Jones Bros created all the landfill cells on the site – 3A, B, C, valley cell and the emergency tipping area – and included capping works for all the above areas. The work also included surface water management, landscaping, gas extraction wells and leachate storage tanks.
Jones Bros offer repair and remedial work as part of a comprehensive over care service.
