Jones Bros developed a £3.3m boating marina at for Lifetime Projects Ltd at Deganwy, North Wales.

The marina consisted of rock breakwater with a sheet pile containment structure and a pre-cast concrete harbour wall surmounted on the piling.

The project also involved the construction of new access roads, a level crossing under Railtrack possessions, and associated drainage and infrastructure works.

A full environmental management system was implemented with detailed method statements covering pollution controls within the environmentally sensitive Conwy Estuary.
